Ana Violeta Cortes [Ana Li Cortés]– Personal and Business Development Coach, Author, Radio Talk Show Host, Entrepreneur and Women’s Leader.

After founding and successfully running several of businesses ranging from an Import/Export Consultancy to sponsoring leadership seminars and speakers in Mexico, Ana moved with her family to Phoenix and immediately made an impact with the Latin community. She started L.I.V.E. Community LLC, focusing on personal development and Mujeres Latinas de Éxito, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the businesses and families of Arizona Latinas. Her accomplishments have garnered the 2008 40 Under 40 Award and the Bank of America Neighborhood Hero honor. She is also the host of Mas Alla del Dinero, a daily business and finances radio program, author of the financial motivation book Cruce el Puente de Sus Finanzas, a franchisee of Sales Partners and a Trainer for Rich Dad Education.

In her spare time she enjoys raising her 4 children with her husband, reading, writing and being involved with promoting leadership among the Latina community.
